Those that make things happen,

Those that watch things happen,

And those that ask - 'what happened?'.

***

The day starts badly: Late for work, you rush out the door forgetting your wallet and Smartphone.

It gets worse: Someone robs a STAPLES office supply store and you end up with the loot! - Someone else plants a bomb at a Starbucks and you’re holding the detonator!

How the day ends… is up to you.

Race against time or run for cover - the choice is yours - as you encounter COUNTDOWN TIMERS and PUZZLES along the way. 'Make Things Happen' and finish with the highest SCORE finding the Easter Eggs and hidden bonuses along the way. Do nothing and you will find the 'Watch Things Happen' ending or you might stubble upon the hidden ending that will leave you asking 'What Happened?'. Still... whatever you decide to do... don't forget... you're one click away from a BOOM!

All characters here are mine only. All pictures belong to their respective owners. I do not claim ownership of them. The Star Wars series is not mine, I just have the privilege of borrowing their work.

This is the fourth chapter of my star wars series so if you have not played through the first three you should do so. Thanks to all those who have been commenting and playing the game. I appreciate that.

There are a lot more achievments now and they are as follows:

A hero in a godless city.

King of the ring.

The tale from one who was nothing but garbage

Not for sale.

A rivals tale.

note:

1) I have now included side missions in my story. An important thing to note about them is that you do not have to play them if you do not want to. You can continue the story with nothing major happening because they are just meant for you to have a little break from the main storyline. But, all side missions will be referenced in later chapters and they are important. Plus, by doing them you can unlock certain events during the story. So don't do them at your own risk.

2) If you have any questions for me about unlocking certain events or getting achievments do not ask about it in the comments because it is spoilers and will ruin it for people. Message me. I am on this site every day working on my stories so I will get your message and respond quickly.

Frozen Bones

This is my first game. Necromancy to be exact. Play it, read it, do what you want with it.

The Ocean's Daughter

The girl shrouded in mystery . . .

You play the role of a male character named Brandon.

There are three possible endings: the bad, the average, and the perfect ending. To get the perfect ending, you need a perfect score, so it's hard to get.

Notes: I have fixed the problem with the end link with help from Killa_Robot.

ATC (the deleted scene)

This DEMO is based on the article in "Help & Info";

A Quick Discussion on Random Variables by solostrike

This isn't a complete story so if 3J deletes it, I'll understand. I don't like reading a bunch of demos either. I did this because I wanted to show my fellow newbies a couple of things that could help us make better stories:

First: I want to demonstrate that those that are still learning scripting, like myself, can use the variables and link restrictions already provided, to design a totally random event in their storygames.

Second: I want to provide a working model for discussions in random variable scripting. I hope that those that know scripting well, will comment on how I could do this better. I will be happy to give co-authorship to anyone who is willing and able to help.

In the Game:

STAMINA and AGILITY are the only attributes used. You begin with a value of 50 for each. Stamina provides your offense; Agility, your defense. Good results (landing a punch or kick) will replenish your attributes a bit. Running out of STAMINA and AGILITY both, has its own unique result as you will see.

The SCORE is naturally how you win or lose. You start out with a value of 50. If your SCORE falls to 0, you lose. If your SCORE goes to 100, you win!

Now, without further ado... This is a "deleted scene" from my "Answer The Call" story. If you've played it you'll recognize it as the final scene in chapter 1 - You are just about to enter the last digit to deactivate the bomb...

***

Archived Information:

Note: some comments are prior to my republishing this as a fight demo and before publishing the complete story, "Answer The Call", found elsewhere on this site.

***As of 1/10/2012 - I'm re-working the story so if you've played it before, please try it again.***

I made the puzzle hint easier to find...

If anyone would like to point out "particular" grammar errors, please do...

At the end it says "TO BE CONTINUED" because I will be adding more puzzles (and choices) as I write more chapters.

Since this is an experiment: I would really like to know, what your "COUNTDOWN" and "SCORE" were when you win.

***As of 1/9/2012 - I'm re-working the story so if you've played it before, please try it again.***

Thanks to the great comments and recommendations I received, I decided not to be afraid, use the "advanced editor" to add items to the story and figure out some way to do a timer of sorts using variables.

Thanks,

This story is more advanced than "Lilly of the Forest," the first in the series. "Lilly and the Old Peddler" is longer and has more choices. The point of the series emphasizes three choices: being smart and kind and showing courage. There is a simple scoring system with a maximum score of 25.

Before you rate "Lilly and the Peddler" I hope you go through the storygame yourself, trying the different choices. I encourage you to read it to a young child and let him or her make choices as to how the story proceeds. I do hope you rate it when you are finished, keeping in mind that it was written to be read to a young child. Even so, I hope readers of any age can enjoy it.

No doubt it's effin glitchy, so my apologies- do let me know in the comments of any significant problems you encounter, it would be much appreciated- game updates are noted on bottom of description.

DESCRIPTION

So, you were dissappointed last time when the closest you got to being a 'supervillian' was teleporting out of a phone booth like some GTA-Vulcan retard sub-species?

Well, prepare for less, or more dissappointment, in the continuing adventures of YOU as you try as hard as possible to stay alive and make as much many as possible, in:

WHO STILL WANTS TO BE A SUPERVILLIAN?

CREDITS: The story, or lack of, and all the awesome semi-mediocre illustrations are done by me.

UPDATES

26/12/11: Thanks to urnam0 for pointing out failures to pay the player for certain missions, also added a couple of new crimes.

31/12/11: The mugging crime wasn't always paying you the right amount, fixed it.
Do let me know if you find any glitches, thanks.

*Beta* A Hero's Odyssey

A great war is about to erupt, the greatest war since the Trojan war.
This is more of a story then a game, I guess, and it can either be short or long depending on the choices you make (especially those in the beginning).

This is not based on any continuity. All characters here are mine only. This is the third part of my Star Wars series so if you have not played through the first two installments you should do so. Thanks to all those who have been commenting and playing the game. I really appreciate that.

There are now achievments that you can earn while playing the game if you do certain things at certain times.

The achievments are:

1) The one man army achievment

2) The stealth takedown achievment

3) The destruction of property achievment

note:

1) I have added a new main character that you will recognize from the last chapter. The reason why the character didn't have a picture before is because I didn't know I would make it a main character but now it is. Keep a lookout.

2) There are now items in this game. Took me a while to figure it out, but now that I have this story feels more like a game.

3) There will be more achievments later on in the series.

4) The next chapter is when the story really starts to pick up so this chapter is really important.

What if you really could modify, well...everything? What if the surgery in Flowers For Algernon was real? And the technology developed?
This is a question asked by scientists back in the 70's, after IET (Intelligence Enhancement Technology) was perfected. A lot of time has passed since then, and the technology's only gotten better. You are a scientist working in the ET Labs (Enhancement Technology), a string of labs around the country working to give humans total control over their bodies. Since then, IET became a common surgery given at birth and adolescence. However, MET (Muscle Enhancement Technology) is becoming more and more popular-and more and more dangerous.

The Story of the Bible

This is a creative retelling of the story of the Holy Bible.
